Arrival and Access

We aim to arrive within the agreed time window. If delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please ensure clear access to the work area and inform us of any parking restrictions in advance.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Access

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out charge. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new appointment. No access: If we arrive at the agreed time and are unable to carry out the work due to lack of access to the property or work area, you will be charged at the rate agreed for the job. This policy is in place to ensure fairness for both you and our business, so please communicate with us if you need to make any changes.
Charges and Payment

Standard rates apply for non-emergency appointments; emergency call-out rates may differ. No access charge: If we are unable to complete the job due to lack of access at the agreed time, the full rate agreed for the job will still be charged. Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card. All parts and labour are covered by a 12-month warranty. Please see your invoice for further terms and conditions relating to charges and payment.
